Privacy Policy

1. Information you provide

You give us information when you create an account, use the application and contact us. This includes anything you type into Aydora.

2. Account information

When you register we collect your full name, email address and workspace name. Your password is never stored in readable form; it is stored as a cryptographic hash by our authentication provider.

3. Project, client and task information

Aydora stores the working data you enter: client names, contact names, client email addresses and phone numbers, notes, project names, descriptions, statuses and dates, and task titles, descriptions, priorities, statuses and due dates. This information may include personal data about your own clients and contacts. You decide what to enter, and you are the controller of that data; we process it on your behalf in order to run the service.

4. Authentication data

To keep you signed in we store a session token in your browser and record authentication events such as sign-in times and email confirmation. This is necessary to operate secure logins.

5. Technical information

Our infrastructure records standard technical data when you use the service, such as IP address, browser type, timestamps and error logs. This is used for security, debugging and keeping the service running.

6. How we use information

• to provide the Aydora application and store your workspace data;
• to authenticate you and protect accounts from unauthorised access;
• to send necessary service emails such as email confirmation and password reset;
• to respond to messages you send us;
• to diagnose problems and improve reliability;
• to manage subscriptions and billing for paid plans.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.

7. Service providers

We use third-party providers to host the application, store the database, send authentication emails and process subscription payments. These providers process data only to deliver those functions to us. We choose providers that offer appropriate security and contractual data-protection terms.

8. Data security

Traffic to Aydora is encrypted in transit. Access to workspace data is restricted at the database level so that an account can only read and write its own records. Access to production systems inside our company is limited to the people who need it. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. We do not claim any certification or compliance standard that we have not obtained.

9. Data retention

We keep your workspace data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your profile, clients, projects and tasks are permanently deleted. Limited records such as billing history and security logs may be retained where we are required to keep them or need them to resolve disputes.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, and receive a copy of it. You can edit your profile and delete your account directly in the application, or contact us at info@aydora.tech to make a request.

11. Cookies and local storage

Aydora uses browser storage and cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the application. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
